New Sydney Rarotonga Flight At last we have a direct service with Australia. From July to October 2010 Air New Zealand will schedule a direct service from Sydney to Rarotonga operating a Boeing 767-300ER. The Sydney – Rarotonga sector departs Sydney on Sundays at 7pm and after 2 meals, 2 movies and a decent sleep (6+ hours later), arrives in Rarotonga at 5am on Monday morning. The return sector departs Rarotonga on Fridays at 5.35pm, arriving Sydney on Saturdays at 8.50pm after crossing the International dateline. Other Air New Zealand services via Auckland combine to offer a variety of stay options to the Cook Islands for travelers from Australia. For more visit www.airnz.com
Central Reservations – One Stop Enquiries and Confirmations for all our Resorts It has been in the planning stages for sometime now, so we are really excited to announce that we now have our Central Reservations department set up and ready to be your one stop shop for reservations and enquiries for all our resorts. Based at Pacific Resort Rarotonga with direct links to Pacific Resort Aitutaki and Te Manava Luxury Villas & Spa, ‘Central Res’ is under the command of Ani Thompson-Papai – Group Reservations Manager. Ani and her team will process all our Resort reservations, wedding and general enquiries, as well as Air Rarotonga reservations through our direct interface with Air Rarotonga’s booking system.
